Caring words of the teachers will build self-esteem & confidence of the students. The best way to amend one, “even the thickest skinned,” is love and affection. The praising words and your confident mind will make a difference. Remember if you believe a child, he will be more likely to believe in himself and be willing to try harder. Be open, encouraging and innovative. Accept the opinion of the child and try to know him. Look for what is the best for the student and in the student. This is how a congenial environment is created and creativity is nurtured.
Nothing is more important to our nation and its future than our children, hence, a quality education becomes a inevitable. Respect the students' feelings, follow a shared leadership, a shared decision making, consultation and collaboration, it'll make the youth responsible.
